Almat @ Orpheus Institute - Research Seminar

Almat and Orpheus Institute Ghent (BE) are calling for proposals for a research seminar on ‘Simulation and Computer Experimentation in Music and Sound Art’, taking place in March 2019. Orpheus is a leading European institution for artistic research, and we are cooperating with the ‘Music, Thought and Technology’ group of Jonathan Impett. We are also excited to have Luciana Parisi there as invited speaker.

The call is for proposals that critically explore the space spanned by the different perspectives on simulation and experimental computation addressing their role in all areas of music, sound art and related research, in all its possible technical, technological, musicological or theoretical aspects.
